Educational Requirements:
∎ Having master's degree from well reputed universities preferable in Social Science discipline (Sociology, Social Work/Social Welfare, Anthropology, Political Science, etc.). Applicants from other discipline can apply having strong required professional qualifications for this position.
∎ English medium background or degree will be given preference.

Job Context:
∎ PROJECT PROFILE
∎ The Project `Faith Leaders in Peace Action` under USAID`s Obirodh: Road to Tolerance will work to mobilize selected faith influencers with enhanced skills to rebuild trust and take a bridge-building role among communities to ensure peace and harmony in Bangladesh. The activity will include discussions in popular faith based online TV channels, development of short videos on peace message & peace dialogues at district level involving cross section of people of the communities. The following positions are mainly responsible for supporting to run these activities maintain close relationship with key faith influencers, medias and other stakeholders.

∎ Type : Contractual (8.70 months)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ THIS IS A MID-LEVEL POSITION AND THE PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION ARE:
∎ To track project progress based on the deliverable mentioned in the milestones;
∎ To ensure quality data with necessary technical support and guidance from Obirodh monitoring, evaluation & learning team;
∎ To do data entry on pre- and- post assessment
∎ Ensure quality data related to training to meet the data demand of TraiNet;
∎ To prepare KPI report with supporting means of verification;
∎ To prepare periodic reports as per requirements and keeping records accordingly;
∎ To follow up Audio-visual process of documentation of the entire project history, M&E data, lessons learned and success stories;
∎ To manage a continuous flow of data and information systems;
∎ Able to work on tight deadlines, competent and dynamic in operating Microsoft Office and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
∎ Have to travel frequently in project locations across the country;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Preferably three-years of practical experience on the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning with development/ /social media/networking development organization/s.
∎ Willing to work with medias and faith influencers of different religions
∎ Good understanding on Project Cycle Management
∎ Excellent reporting and strong interpersonal communication capacity both oral and written in English and Bangla;
∎ Strong commitment and respect to faith-based code of conduct and atmosphere.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
