Professional certification in project management (PMP or similar) will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and project tracking tools.

• Must be proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.

• Has successfully completed 3–4 interior design projects.

• Hardworking, responsible, and creative-minded.

• Has the ability to lead a team and a strong interest in project management.

• Possesses effective communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a growing interior design firm dedicated to delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee project execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and site management skills, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all stages of interior design projects — from planning and procurement to on-site execution and handover.

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and feasibility.

• Plan, schedule, and execute project activities according to client requirements, maintaining detailed work schedules and master timelines.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to design and safety standards.

• Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.

• Track and analyze project performance, timelines, and cost efficiency to ensure projects stay within budget and scope.

• Collaborate with planning engineers to prepare and monitor a one-month look-ahead plan following company procedures.

• Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management review.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and client expectations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and actively develop connections with new suppliers to support project needs.
