Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager - GFA shares in the overall responsibility for the field implementation, direction, and coordination of all components of the GFA program to keep the Outlets operational. He/she has to ensure quality, participation, integration, and accountability of distribution in an area of operation covered under the Rohingya Response Program. This position will mainly be responsible for the implementation of E-voucher & FFC operations and support in emergency rapid response (if needed & asked by WFP) initiatives in the camp areas. Maintaining liaison with respective Govt. officials, camp in-charge, UNHCR SMs, and other actors working in the camp areas. Maintaining direct communication & coordination with donor (WFP). Ensuring sending of all reports to donors timely. Maintain liaison & networking with FSS (Food Security Sector), FSL, & other clusters by attending all meetings & workshops on a regular basis.
∎ The Project Manager - GFA will also oversee program implementation & development planning, budget preparation, program expenditure tracking, ensuring quality delivery, staff management & development, and SC's reporting requirements for the GFA program. As one of the key management personnel of the GFA program, s/he will work closely with WFP Team for regular coordination and to address changes in the program keeping the Supervisor & Manager Operations updated. The Project Manager -GFA will be overall responsible for ensuring effective & smooth program operations by arranging all required support services and making resources available to achieve program goals. S/he will coordinate with the program support teams (Program, Finance, Awards, HR, Admin, IT, MEAL team, etc.) and provide support on day-to-day operations. S/he is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective use of all resources including financial, human, vehicle, commodity, and material as per set policies and procedures of SCI & WFP. S/he will oversee & support the GFA Ukhiya team office management & ensure the logistics support as needed.
∎ The post-holder is required to be engaged and to represent the FSL sector with strategic planning and needs to be capable to influence the sector partner on child-focused intervention, accountability, and networking with the partners including UNDP, and FAO. WFP, and some Donors who are attending regularly. He / She will be the focal person from SC to coordinate and closely work with IOM/UNCHR/CIC, officials from defense backgrounds, and site management agencies as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 6 years of experience, preferably in e-Voucher programming, community mobilization & food security livelihood and Value chain, including 3 years in a management position, working in partnership with national and International NGOs/GOB/UN in camps will be given preference
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian compliances, Rohingya response, and operation modalities of UN agencies is required
∎ Robust control over information technology and different application including Online platforms, like KOBO, databases, and Office Packages
∎ Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, both in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work in diverse conditions long hours and in a high-pressure situations and with crisis managing skills
∎ Good application knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
