• At least 5 years

• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health program management.
• Competency: Ability to plan, organize, and implement project activities effectively and independently. Knowledge of tuberculosis (TB) and post-TB lung diseases (PTLD), including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Ability to lead a team independently and proactively. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, partners, and team members. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Ability to identify and address project challenges effectively. Sound knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Maintain high morale with integrity and honesty.

Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts, is currently looking to fill up the following positions under the Stop TB Partnership/TB REACH funded Tuberculosis and Post Tuberculosis Lung Disease Project. The project duration will be 18 months.

Responsibility: Lead the project, Coordination, monitoring, evaluation, capacity building and community mobilization, ensure project implementation.

Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with extensive field visits.
