∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Programmer Software Engineer, Software Architec, Design Software Components, Ecommerce is preferable, ecommerce project, ERP Systems, IT Software, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Software Company
Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 08 to 10 years experience with similar job (E-commerce Project / Software Development).
∎ 08 - 10 years software development experience along with 3 - 4 years solid E-commerce project management experience is needed.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ability to effectively manage multiple medium-sized E-commerce projects or individual large-sized E-commerce projects.
∎ A solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, web development, E-commerce, development frameworks, and tool sets preferred.
∎ Experience in integrated E-commerce B2B/B2C projects in a consulting role.
∎ A self-starter mindset with strong business judgment that can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions.
∎ Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate business processes and review system-wide capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.
∎ Quarterly commerce web site launches, digital image server upgrade, and web content management technology assessment.
∎ Managed a team of business analysts, software developers and QA analysts to deliver following key business initiatives.
∎ Coordinated the solution of operational issues with IT, QA, and Customer Service.
∎ Managed projects delivering a ground-up redesign of Web portals and applications incorporating an intuitive user interface.
∎ Developed e-Business strategy for retail supply chain operations and managed development of E-commerce websites.
∎ Provide e-commerce leadership over all phases of enterprise IT implementations for the organization.
∎ Project Management Institute (PMI) certified (preferred, not required).
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse and experienced group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 08 - 10 years software development experience along with 3 - 4 years solid E-commerce project management experience is needed.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Work well under pressure.
∎ Time and resource management skills.
∎ Ability to learn fast and take direction.
