∎ The organization is implementing the project " Emergency response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees supported by UNFPA.
∎ Work Station: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Project Duration: April`22 to June`22 with a high possibility of extension.
∎ Responsible for managing the project efficiently.
∎ Maintain liaison with organization and donor organization.
∎ Making liaison with RRRC and other officials such UNHCR, WHO representative located at Cox's Bazar.
∎ He/She will directly Support, guide, supervise and monitor project staffs in their regular project activities.
∎ Assess and analyze the overall SBCC situation and activity progress in camps and address accordingly
∎ Monitor and guide training of community workforce (CHW supervisors and CHW of other partner NGOs) on FP, MR, PAC information and tracking progress of activities.
∎ Supervise and coordination of all activities of the project and coach team members to ensure team spirit.
∎ Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
∎ Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
∎ Execute the project according to the project plan
∎ Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization
∎ Submit monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual program and financial report Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
∎ Write reports on the project for management and for donor.
∎ Monitor all budgeted project expenditures
∎ Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
∎ Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
∎ Any other work assigned by the authority.
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 110000 - 114000 (Monthly)
