Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
•Prepare and write project proposals for baseline surveys, midline reviews, end line surveys, and evaluation studies.
•Develop technical and financial proposal documents based on client/NGO requirements and Terms of Reference (ToR).
•Conduct background research on project areas, social issues, and survey methodologies.
•Design survey approaches, methodology sections, work plans, and implementation strategies.
•Prepare logical frameworks, timelines, staffing plans, and budget narratives.
•Coordinate with the technical survey team to collect required inputs for proposal preparation.
•Review, edit, and finalize proposal documents ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional quality.
•Maintain proposal templates, past records, and supporting documents.
•Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOI), concept notes, and related documentation.
•Ensure timely submission of proposals within deadlines.
•Basic knowledge of KOBO collect questioner tool development.
