Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Project proposal, Business Plan, Project Profile, Business Profile, Organizational Profile, EOI, SDP, Concept/business Note, Case Studies, Project Deliverables, project Report, documents, progress report, ToR etc. preferable in furniture sector.
- Develop CS, Course Curriculum, Customized Curriculum, CSLB, CBLM, Handouts, Lesson/session plan, Skills gap analysis, Trainee Record book, Learning Materials, Monitoring Tools etc.
- Prepare Financial Budgets, Lead the project team, Operational/implementation Team.
- Facilitate workshops/Orientation on project/training on CBT&A and Soft Skills,
- Conduct Project Procurement and prepare Procurement Reports and Policy
- Prepare Human Resources Manual Planning, designing & managing of skills development program/project as per demand of project mandate Develop guideline for smooth operation of training program Organize & facilitate TOT for the trainers, instructors and MCPs.
- Prepare guideline or booklet for PCM unit
- Maintain liaison with concern govt. Institutions/officials/donors partners and so on like-minded officials/institutions/BTEB, NSDA, DTE etc.
- Monitor gender and transversal related issues as per project mandate.
- Evaluate the performance of the staffs and prepare results/outcome of a project.
- Work as Focal person of different skills development projects preferably in furniture sector.
