Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and manpower deployment
- Identify technical issues and propose engineering solutions promptly
- Maintain proper site documentation (daily reports, BOQs, measurements, as-built drawings)
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site
- Assist in client meetings, inspections, and handover processes
- Ensure work progress aligns with approved timelines and budgets
- Support Project Manager in resolving site challenges and claims
