Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance from any Govt. approved recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly implementation plan and finalize through sharing with the project personnel of VERC and MJF officials.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly action plans for the VERC project staff.
∎ Provide need-based support for smooth and effective implementation of project interventions.
∎ Provide support to reform or activation of UDMCs and UZDMCs.
∎ Back up support to the PO to form various committees and groups.
∎ Organize and facilitate local and national level events under the project.
∎ Maintain proper contact with target community & civil society, stakeholder and DMCs.
∎ Supervision of field staff for implementation of activities as per the action plan.
∎ Monitoring of field activities as per the action plan time to time.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on project implementation and progress according to the guidelines provided.
∎ Give on time and necessary feedback to MJF team according to their requirements.
∎ Ensure fund demand order to MJF on stipulated time.
∎ Monitoring of budget management at the field level.
∎ Coordinate with UDMCs, UZDMCs and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper communication and linkage with the village level groups.
∎ Lobby with the upazila parishad and related stakeholders of the project.
∎ Establish linkage between project and other relevant stakeholders including government agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Motorcycle driving with valid driving license.
∎ At least 04-05 years of relevant project experience.

∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Basic computer skills with good knowledge on MS Office package.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
