Experience:
Master's degree in Disaster Management, Environmental Science, Social Science, Water and Sanitation, or relevant subjects from a reputed university.

Minimum 7 years of experience in managerial positions including 5 years' experience as a project lead in NGO sector.
Strong management skills including the ability to provide strategic guidance, technical oversight, mentor staff, build strong teams, develop work plans, and manage budgets and project expenditures
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports to: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall project planning, budgeting, and implementation in alignment with organizational and donor standards.
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs with a focus on quality, accountability, and community ownership.
Promote and institutionalize community-led water governance systems through active engagement Community Based Organization (CBO), local authorities and other key stakeholders.
Facilitate the formation and registration of Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) responsible for long-term operation and maintenance of safe water facilities.
Support the development of business models and sustainability plans for Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants to ensure cost recovery and uninterrupted water services.
Strengthen accountability, transparency, and gender-inclusive participation in community water management and decision-making processes.
Build the capacity of CBOs and community leaders on governance, financial management, and technical oversight of water infrastructure.
Oversee the operational management of community and institutional RO water facilities, ensuring consistent water quality and safe access for users.
Provide technical support to local technicians and CBOs for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of RO systems.
Liaise with local authorities and service providers to ensure sustainable operation and linkages with public water supply and regulatory frameworks.
Design and deliver training modules, IEC materials, and awareness campaigns on climate resilience, WASH, and sustainable water use.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with government departments, NGOs, and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality progress reports, field updates, and financial summaries as per donor and organizational requirements.
Document lessons learned, success stories, and impact case studies for wider dissemination and advocacy.
Employment Status: Contractual
Salary – 60,000.00 BDT with all benefits.
