Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
∎ MBBS/BDS with Master's in Public Health from any public/private University
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Good comunication skill, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of the action plans of the project. Reporting to the Principal Investigator (Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly)
∎ Communication with the local investigators (UHFPOs)
∎ Field staff supervision & coordination, if needed co-ordination with the head office.
∎ Organizing weekly/monthly team meetings to review and plan project
∎ Compiling and maintaining project reports and minutes of meetings
∎ Extensive field visit for ensuring quality of the program
∎ Management of financial transactions with the head office and local offices
∎ Preparation of project relevant documents (SOPs, training modules)
∎ Conduction of training and workshops.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation of project activities
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the project director to achieve the project objective
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good documentation skill
∎ Proven ability to coordinate and manage complex research project work
∎ Experience in implementing and managing research project
∎ Experience in program planning, design, follow-up, report writing, monitoring and evaluation of the projects
∎ Experience in working with various partners, working closely with national experts to implement research project activities
∎ Excellent leadership capacity to coordinate field staff and update reporting of the program
∎ Excellent skill in verbal and written communications in English
∎ Strong network and interpersonal skill
∎ Skill in report writing and knowledge in developing field level strategies/plan
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results
∎ Knowledge of computer Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power-Point, Outlook etc).
∎ Experience in project coordination with a good exposure to work at the community level. Priorities will be given who has previous work experience in snake bite/similar condition project coordination activity.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
