Educational Requirements:
∎ Master s Degree in any discipline; Preference will be given to post graduate degree in Social Science or Disaster Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The PC will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring, financial management, reporting and documentation.
∎ She will be responsible for implementation of the planned activities with the help of PO and other colleagues.
∎ The PC will keep liaison, coordination with all stakeholders and represent SKS Foundation & CREA project at all level.
∎ This position will ensure union wise planning keeping consistency with the project implementation plan.
∎ The PC will coordinate with public and private service providers for ensuring accountable services for the project participants.
∎ The PC will explore the opportunities of financial support from local microfinance institutions to the project participants for income generation.
∎ This position will guide Project Officers (PO) to get effective linkage with youth development centers, technical training centers for providing technical skill building to the target participants.
∎ The PC ensures relevant study, monitoring, reports and annual audit of the project as per plan.
∎ The PC will primarily be responsible for overall monitoring of the planned activities, while “Monitoring Unit” of the organization will provide necessary supports.
∎ The PC will organize “monthly progress review meeting” at project office to find out the laps and gaps of the planned interventions implemented in community

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Should knowledge on Microsoft Office packages
∎ At least 5 years of experience in the same role with 3 years of experience on climate change/gender based violence and governance/right based approach/SAT implementation

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.

∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
