Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Social Works, or equivalent, with at least 05 years' experience at Managerial Position in similar projects the development field along with practical knowledge on microfinance and development sector project with managerial and leadership skills to lead a large team in rural context.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing day to day project activities at the field level which includes focus on Income generation activity (IGA), livelihoods, social mobilization, health and nutrition components, develop business plan, Issue base awareness sessions, meetings, seminars, workshops as well as organizing different capacity development sessions, trainings for both the project staff and direct beneficiaries, communicating with target households/communities, ensuring adequate supports to the target communities; maintaining liaison with different local community leaders, government duty bearers, government officials of different departments both at union and upazila levels and other relevant stakeholders for the effective implementation of the project.
∎ Ensure the development of project implementation plans that have at their heart beneficiary communication and accountability in coordination with team members.
∎ Responsible for assisting in the smooth planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of whole process of activities implemented.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, breaking the activity into tasks and delegate them to the team.
∎ Support project implementation to ensure that the project is delivered on time and in accordance with the PKSF providing project documents and the required quality standards.
∎ Responsible to rapid market analysis for IGA selections as well as service provider assessment and linkages.
∎ Accomplishes financial objectives, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Development of work plans and budget management according to project outputs and results.
∎ Prepare detail Plan of Action (PoA) in line with agreed log frames/indicators and approved budget and ensure high quality implementation of the project activities in close coordination with technical team.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence to grant work plans and monitoring and evaluation plans, and timely delivery of donor and management reports on Livelihood, Social mobilization, and Nutrition activities.
∎ Organize all planned trainings, awareness campaigns, community meetings and dialogues as per the timeline in the plan of action.
∎ Prepare monthly financial, MIS and program reports and ensure timely submission to PKSF.
∎ Ensure compliance of all actions and activities with organizational rules, regulations, policies, strategies and internal control mechanisms and the achievement of results according to the principles of results based management (RBM).
∎ Work closely with UP, UNO, DC offices and other local government authorities to ensure effective implementation.
∎ Involving in different emergency support activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer skills in MS office applications (should have strong skills on word, excel, power point)
∎ Good command in communication and facilitation skills in English and Bangla for speaking, reporting and listening
∎ Report writing, leadership, negotiation, PRA tools, conflict resolution, quick decision making and implementation as per plan.
∎ Strong monitoring on program activities and financial control as well.
∎ Ability to ride motor cycle with a valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 42093 (Monthly)
