∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PC is overall responsible for the coordination and implementation of activities and achievement of the project objectives.
∎ Planning and implementation of the project activities and quality program delivery.
∎ Ensure capacity building of the project staff, project participants and networks
∎ Mobilize project participants, local stakeholders and networks and build strong linkage with them
∎ Establish and maintain relationship with local administration, service providers and mobilize to ensure their participation in project interventions and advocacy for gender responsive public services
∎ Documentation and dissemination of learning and best practices
∎ Ensure support to conduct research and idea generation based on VAWS and CEFM.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of budget, financial control &track recording and audit compliance
∎ Reporting (both narrative and finance) of the project progress and achievement as per requirement
∎ Participate GO-NGO coordination meeting, different local seminar, workshop, training, dialogue etc.
∎ Team building and team management, mentoring of staff to identify and resolve the challenges.
∎ Conduct monthly staff meeting, monitoring and supervision of project activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be knowledgeable about NGO operations and operating environment in Bangladesh.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the project implementingareas.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Excellent report writing and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working
∎ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email communication and internet browsing, .
∎ Good experience in working with project on VAW&G
∎ Understanding on local power structure and district governance
∎ Good networking and advocacy capacity.
∎ Facilitating different groups, community based organization and their capacity building
∎ Sound in participatory development process and HRBA
∎ Understanding on VAW related laws and policies
∎ Technically sound on women rights and gender issues, women movements, international trend on women rights and gender.
∎ Good command in English in writing, reading and speaking.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 43200 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% Provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
