∎ Mukti Cox’s Bazar and UNFPA aim to equip girls aged 10-19 years with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values that will empower them to realize their health, wellbeing and dignity, and develop respectful social and family relationships. The Girls Shine programme specifically contributes to the improved prevention of and response to violence against adolescent girls in the camps as well as in immediate host communities. The MHM education empowers them to fully participate in society a live a healthy, self-determined life.
∎ The Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the Girl Shine curriculum and program, which supports adolescent and young girls in Rohingya camps and host communities. The GBV -Girl Shine Coordinator will supervise project staff and mentors and provide direct technical support to the teams in the field with support from the GBV Program Manager.
∎ The GBV Coordinator will also support in the development and monitoring of work plans, procurement, and budgeting, and will coordinate closely with the program support teams to ensure project is on track.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The project coordinator will be responsible to delivery “Girls Shine curriculum”, structured GBV and SRHR sessions in youth centers and host communities’ schools
∎ The project coordinator will be responsible to delivery of MHM Education
∎ Establishment of Youth Centers in the camps
∎ Support the delivery of MHM related education skills development activities with adolescent boys and girls and their male and female caregivers
∎ Sensitization of male and female caregivers to ensure girls participation in the programme,
∎ Sensitization of local stakeholders and key community leaders,
∎ Organize social behavior change communication through awareness raising days• And lastly, provide human resources and operational support, ensure timely monitoring and quality assurance, development of work plans and budget management, according to program outputs and results.
∎ The GBV Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Girl Shine, from assessing the needs of girls, selecting girls for the program, building relationships with caregivers, monitoring activities, and overseeing the implementation of the Girl Shine Caregiver Curriculum (with support from other staff members).
∎ The GBV Coordinator is responsible for leading the contextualization and adaptation process of the Girl Shine Life Skills and Caregiver curricula.
∎ The GBV Coordinator is responsible for capacity building of staff and mentors on the implementation of Girl Shine activities through on-the-job mentoring and training.
∎ Through observation and regular evaluations, the GBV Coordinator will oversee and ensure the quality of activities implemented by the mentors and share relevant information during staff meetings.
∎ The GBV Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of activities, including the selection of mentors for girls, female/male caregivers, and the continued strengthening of the officers’ s’ and mentors’ capacity.
∎ The GBV Coordinator works closely with the team to ensure GBV responses are reflective of the needs of girls, in particular early marriage and sexual violence.
∎ Coordinate with community leaders and women's associations to strengthen support and information networks.
∎ Provide technical support to ensure program quality, inclusive of regular technical monitoring of case management and PSS services under the program
∎ Project management through follow-up of proposal and budget: identification of needs, assessment, leading procurement request and design of monitoring and activities tools.
∎ Ensure field concerns and challenges are brought to relevant stakeholders to push for standards and procedures that systematize how GS is implemented and coordinated at camp level.
∎ Contribute to reports, sitreps and to the preparation of new proposals.
∎ Design and facilitate relevant training for staff and others.
∎ Provide necessary information to higher management in decision taking.
∎ Maintain coordination with Government service providers, other NGOs, UNFPA and Mukti CXB senior management.
∎ Facilitate periodic visit by Donor and partner and other stakeholders
∎ Building the capacity of the staffs through regular trainings, coaching and on the job mentor ships
∎ Make an archive of project documents and event photographs in a systematic way.
∎ Ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting as per guideline.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report and incident of logistics.
∎ Do any other job assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of emergency response and five years of relevant professional experience, including experience in gender, GBV, Women’s Empowerment or protection programming.
∎ Experience implementing adolescent and youth programming
∎ Strong management experience and ability to work well with a team.
∎ Proven experience in developing and delivering training and of group facilitation.
∎ Demonstrated sensitivity to protection issues, including application of the principle of confidentiality.
∎ Ability to exercise sound judgment.
∎ Extremely strong communication skills, with good understanding of relevant cross-cultural and sensitive issues.
∎ Excellent qualitative and quantitative reporting skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and innovation to address gaps and challenges.
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce timely and high quality of work.
∎ Demonstrated high level of flexibility, responsiveness, and reliability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Strict adherence to humanitarian and Protection principles and standards, as well as organizational policies including Code of Conduct and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA).
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English; Chattogram language is an asset

Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 70518 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
