∎ Master's Degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide guidance and support to GO-NGOs and project's staffs to ensure that the project is implemented effectively with high impact according to agreement with donor and state-of-the-art technical quality standards
∎ Supervise all aspects of project implementation to facilitate the realization of the project goals and outcomes
∎ Lead preparation, review and periodic revision of detailed implementation plans
∎ Monitor progress through field visit, review of indicator, and meetings with staffs, communities, partners and other stakeholders
∎ Assist to conduct research to find climate change adaptive options to create climate smart community
∎ Develop strategy on advocacy, key messages and detail plan for advocacy to national level govt. and non-govt. stakeholders
∎ Develop an stakeholder's analysis and take steps to rapport building with related stakeholders
∎ Maintain a solid, up-to-date understanding with all the ANCP CCA implementing organizations & other NGOs
∎ Represent Project, MMS & SCI in different forums and networks efficiently
∎ Work with finance department to ensure effective management of project budget, with full compliance to donor's regulations
∎ Identify potential variances of expenses vs budget and recommend appropriate adjustments to host organization and donors
∎ Prepare periodic reports, case-studies and best practices
∎ Provide technical support, trainings to field staff for proper documentation and M&E
∎ Develop a common platform to disseminate learning's and challenges of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ At least 05 year(s) relevant working experience with similar position.
∎ MBA holders will get preference.
∎ Experience with Save the Children Projects will add value on the process of recruitment.
∎ Excellent written & Verbal communication in English

Salary: Tk. 46000 (Monthly)
