Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to organize Satellite/ Static clinic services.
∎ Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM)·
∎ Provide support for field level requisition (medicine and logistics).
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.
∎ Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).
∎ Undertake extensive visit in the field (at least 50% time).
∎ Undertake any other assignment given by the Management.
∎ At least HSC level of education.
∎ S/he should be living in the Upazila level.
∎ Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
∎ The capability of inter personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
∎ S/he should pleasing personality and respectable to the community
