Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formation and reactivate Union Cohesion Forum (UCF), Women Development Forum (WDF), Upazila Cohesion Forum(UZCF),Union standing committee (related with peace), Union Shomaj (US) etc. as per operating plan
∎ Organise and conduct meeting, workshop, convention, cultural events, training as per annual operating plan and guideline
∎ Coordination with different GO/NGO for making CEP's initiatives sustainable
∎ Evaluate Polli Shomaj capacity and take necessary arrangement to get registrations from Development of Cooperative (DoC)/ related department of Government
∎ Identify and report incidents of violence against women and girls and respond to violence survivors' needs by providing BRAC support for medical treatment, counseling and follow up
∎ Strengthening community initiatives and providing support to address violence against women and girls (VAWG) through linkages with relevant service provider
∎ Communicate and coordinate with different GO/NGO and development partners to sale Popular Theatre show for cost recovery of Popular Theatre
∎ coordinate with Sector Specialist/ Programme Organiser (PT) for ensuring qualities
∎ Take appropriate initiatives to ensure that all Polli Shomaj and Nari Shokti Dal are achieving results in the
∎ four areas of their focus
∎ Prepare Monthly and quarterly reports and send it timely to District Manager and preserve all required
∎ documents
∎ Ensure expenditure according to the budget and take steps for actual coding of expenditure
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Any other programme related activities provided by programme authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Concepts of people's organisation, social mobilisation, empowerment, government safety net programmes and social context of Bangladesh
∎ Have skills on time management, communication and presentation and community organising
∎ on team player, hardworking, able to work in challenging situations
