Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree in Social Science, Education, or any other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall field operation activities according to project operational plan
∎ Facilitate school level planning and ensure developmental (repairing renovation) support
∎ Create accesses an enabling learning environment within project frame/schools.
∎ Identify potential dropout and out of school children in the school catchment area.
∎ Rollout flexible learning package with venue, teachers and time selection.
∎ Form groups to encounter gender based violence on the way to and from school.
∎ Form alumni association with ex-students for youth involvement back to school campaign.
∎ Organize and facilitate training, orientation for capacity building of youth groups, volunteer tutors, PIC, SMC, PTA, parents, student cabinet members and school teachers.
∎ Monitoring of field activities school/center, share findings with M&E, TC, D&R & PM
∎ Progress review and take necessary initiatives to compliance with the output and objectives
∎ Prepare material requisition, collection and distribution, ensure best use of project resources
∎ Liaison with Community and other organization NGO/GO, TEO ATEO, TSEO & Schools.
∎ Support in material development and ensure proper utilization of education materials
∎ Mobilize the SMC, PTA, SC, Parents and conduct meeting, capacity building training
∎ Data collection for monitoring ongoing progress and periodic outcome/impact assessment
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly report, event report, case story, visit report, compliance reports
∎ Arrange workshop, meeting, training for, LG, City Corporation, SMC, PTA, SC, Teachers
∎ Represent the Project as well as organization in the community, schools and different forum.
∎ Ensure protection and safeguarding for the children and youth specially girls in the project schools and communities. Report any violation of child rights and sexual harassment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates should have minimum 1-2 years working experience in relevant position on implementing of Non-Formal Education program for disadvantaged children, child protection, gender sensitivity, program planning, monitoring and supervision and capacity building.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Should be sincere, honest, transparent, friendly & responsive
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.

Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)

∎ As per project, budget and organization policy.
