Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh, a reputed national NGO is inviting applications to fill the position of Program Supervisor for its "Second Chance Education (SCE)" Program; Sub-component 2.5, PEDP-4 under Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE), Government of The People`s Republic of Bangladesh for immediate appointment.
∎ Project working area: Panchagarh, Sylhet, Habiganj and Moulvibazar.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify non-formal primary education sub-sector challenges and issues SCE fields, and assess needs in accordance with overall program strategy.
∎ Support partner NGOs to achieve program objectives accordingly;
∎ Jointly review Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) of SCE Program with the field team in consultation with the Field Coordinator to meet the objectives stated in the proposal;
∎ Contribute in developing MIS for implementing and measuring impact of the program;
∎ Implement NFPE activities in the fields;
∎ Support in monitoring program activities;
∎ Ensure regular school visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support directly to the teacher;
∎ Identify training needs for the School Teacher and assist in developing training plan;
∎ Contribute in design, adopt and assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the project in the areas of Primary education;
∎ Organize, conduct and support in organizing Monthly Teacher Training (MTT) for School teachers at field level;
∎ Support directly to the school teachers for conducting class and demonstrates classroom session at school level;
∎ Prepare monthly MIS and send to the field office;
∎ Assist teachers in preparing their report and school level recording;
∎ Contribute in preparation of periodical program reports as required;
∎ Keep liaison with relevant NGOs, local representatives and field level GoB officials and education-related organizations for effective program implementation and enhancing quality;
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learnt, government's new policies and programs etc to the appropriate forums when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Training Facilitation, Pedagogy, Teaching-Learning process, Children Assessment, NFE curriculum, School supervision, monitoring and support, Liaison with Local government and primary school and community Mobilization.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per project budget.
