Job Context:
∎ Women Job Creation Centre (WJCC) was founded in 1990 with the aim to support poverty-stricken women and children.WJCC is now one of the leading women-based organizations in the Southwestern coastal region of Bangladesh.
∎ The Program Officers are the key person for this project and this is a field level position based in WJCC Project office Dhaka Bangladesh. 16 wards of Tejgaon Industrial Area and in DoharUpazil . He/ She will have full responsibility to project implementation and responsible for implementing all activities at field level for qualitative program and reporting to Project Manager. Following are the major job requirements of this post. The duration of the project is nine month
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning for the project implementation at Field level
∎ Ensure implementation of all activities of the project in qualitative and quantitative manner,
∎ Ensure proper coordination to PM and administration.
∎ Coordinate with relevant Govt. official to ensure participation in the project implementation,
∎ Coordination with Union, Upazila and district level different stakeholder,
∎ Support field visit of donor, visitor and another stakeholder,
∎ Responsible to prepare action plan, work plan and periodic progress report and submit to the higher authority of WJCC .
∎ Capable to promote activities and organization
∎ Assist to other staff to smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ At least 1 years working experience in NGO.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation including office software and internet browsing,
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
