Job Context:
∎ Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF) is a National level Non-Governmental voluntary Development Organization. Which is working since 1982 for the underprivileged community in many development segments. RRF invites applications from competent candidates for the following position under the project titled "Ensuring Access to WASH" financed by the Water.org.
∎ The role of the Program Officer (PO) will carry-out the The Water.org`s projects activities that includes Safe water, Sanitation and Hygiene issues. Water.org has partnered with 10 leading microfinance institutions and one apex microfinance organization to implement WaterCredit solution. More than 1.4 million loans have been disbursed by partners like RRF, mobilizing more than $494 million in capital to help people living in poverty get access to safe water and sanitation solutions. This impact helped build the case for the importance of water and sanitation financing at the national level. S/he will oversee the technical issues and coordinate with water.org to build the capacity of community and provide continuous backstopping for optimum project result.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationship with microfinance program of Rural Reconstruction Foundation in order to achieve the target of WaterCredit disbursement
∎ Prepare annual and monthly plan of the project activities
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual & annual work plan budget as and when needed.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual progress reports, learning and good practices, documents and disseminate to donor and head office
∎ Arrange donor visit and maintain coordination with donor by showing impact and meet their expectation, even go beyond that
∎ Facilitate and organize different WASH meeting, training and workshop in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
∎ Follow up and monitor the progress of works and provide necessary guidance to the staff to ensure quality
∎ Arrange personal travel to attend forums, meeting and to field location as necessary.
∎ Ensure the monthly reporting requirement to head office.
∎ Identify and addressing staff capacity building opportunities.
∎ Work with the team and build their capacity through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings in line of quality assurance.
∎ Assess the performance of the staff and take appropriate measures accordingly
∎ Any other assignments given by the authority.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (Project period 3 years from May 2023 to April 2026)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge and use of the internet, Microsoft packages and other skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of WASH project management with at least 5 years of experience in NGOs/development sector.
∎ Excellent written and oral English language skills.
∎ Excellent communication cooperation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Organizing skills on training, workshop and other forum.
∎ Good facilitation and anchoring skill, ability to work independently and within a team.
∎ Ability to develop plan and priorities work according to deadlines; and manage budgets and projects.
∎ Ability to think strategically and develop creative approaches and solutions to complex problems.
∎ Previous experience of managing donor supported projects and microcredit-based projects will be an advantage.
∎ Highly motivated, participate in meetings even during weekends as and when necessary.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure to meet the deadline.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Salary TK. 35000
