Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor`s degree from any recognized university/ institutions preferred Master degree

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 39 years

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
2. Inter personal communication skill is highly required.

Key competencies to acquire and practice:

1. Understanding and working experience on human trafficking, safe migration, early marriage, human rights ctc
2. Produce quantitative and qualitative reports
3. Facilitation and mentoring
4. Conformity working with trafficked victim/survivors and early marriage victims.
5. Practical experience community mobilization, networking/partnership, conducting training and workshop etc
6. Innovation mindset and accommodative
7. Gender and child-sensitive

Skills required to Demonstrate:

1. Communication and facilitation
2. Report writing
3. Use of social analytical tools participatory technique for project implementation, progress review and monitoring
4. Computer literacy as appropriate for progressive monitoring and reporting

From USAID and Winrock International financial and technical support Sachetan Society implemented USAID`s Fight Slavery and Trafficking-in-Persons (FSTIP) Activity in the three districts of the northern part of Bangladesh. The Project works with Human Trafficking Victims for their Protection.

Duty Station: 01 person Rajshahi, Naogaon and Chapainawbabgonj (Activity Area- )

Job Location Working area: Rajshahi, Naogaon and Chapainawbabgonj

• Major job description:

• Plan and implement individual and project-related activities

• Documented projects experience good practices, case studies, and case management

• Provide to technical support to Shelter home for survivors integration

• To coordination with the project coordinator and other team members

• Organize and facilitation of community meetings, training, workshops etc

• Use different formats for M&E, reporting of meetings, training, workshops and any other events.

• Case Conference for the rescued survivors and make a integration Plan.

• Case study collection of integrated and successful survivors.

• Ensure livelihood support for the Trafficked survivors from the Project, NGOs. Private sector and Govt.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by authority etc

• Mobile bill.

• 2 Festival Bonus
