∎ Location: Operation is Dhaka based. However, incumbent has to visit different partner MFIs or NGOs located at different parts of the country from time to time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares the Monthly as well as yearly financial reports
∎ Maintain cash books, ledgers and different books for savings and credit operation
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with stakeholders, primarily field level activities of other MFIs & NGOs in Bangladesh.
∎ Actively participate in implementing microfinance product through staffs of different branches of partner institutions.
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time-to-time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Must have good conceptual & practical understanding in Accounting & Finance activities
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications like MS Excel / Word
∎ Good communication skills and positive attitude are MUST
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed for the candidates having strong professional skill
∎ Preference: Applicants, having sound knowledge in Micro-credit programs / operations will be given preference.
