∎ Good knowledge in the utilization of Microsoft Office programs
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population

∎ Demonstrate of decision-making skills
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral and demonstrate good report writing skills.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the project team members to conduct different project activities like life-skill training, group psychoeducation, health education session, advocacy meetings with different stakeholders etc.
∎ Assist the APM and other team members to communicate with community leaders, peers and other local stakeholders for different project initiatives.
∎ Assist the project team to distribute different project materials for livelihood initiatives.
∎ Prepare expenditure bills for different project events.
∎ Prepare narrative reports and compile programmatic data to provide periodic program updates.
∎ Inform the project physician about the healthcare needs of the project participants as well as assist the APM and other project members to provide referral-based specialized health care services through accompanied referral.
∎ Maintain close liaison with the family members of the project participants, local healthcare service providers, community leaders, influential stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, CBO, Drop-in-Center (DIC) staffs, Opioid substitution therapy (OST) center staffs, and relevant organizations.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan for field-based activities and implement the activities as per the approved work plan.
∎ Prepare the advocacy meeting designing, planning, and implementing advocacy strategy and campaigns for Project participants.
∎ Maintain proper records of all the activities at the respective program area
∎ Compile relevant reports and produce comprehensive reports for further steps
∎ Regular communication and arrange field visits with all fields and offices under this project area.
∎ Develop strong relations with GO /NGOs both and the media and when required, hold dialogue with the media (journalists) and other related organizations at the field level.
∎ Arrange and facilitate training in line with the project requirements.
∎ Assist to draft policy/advocacy related publications of Badhan.
∎ Skill to develop press releases of programs and activities undertaken by the respective project
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
