Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business/ MBA/ Social Science/ Journalism/ Public Health and other relevant subjects

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience working and building collaborative relations with Government, NGOs, Policy makers, media, private sector and relevant department/stakeholders.
∎ Working experience with policy makers and advocates at national, district and local levels.
∎ Experience in organizing workshops, Seminar, trainings and meetings with stakeholders etc.
∎ Experience to prepare concept note, relevant schedule, module, planning, implementing, coordinating and management of advocacy related activities with partners, Government and policy makers.
∎ Develops and disseminates communications and outreach materials such as briefs, policy documents, press release, newsletters, info graphics, websites, and social media in close cooperation with technical program staff.
∎ Willingness and ability to work with team members to develop programs that build capacity to use and analyze data for advocacy purposes towards goals.
∎ Proven commitment and dedication to organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) of experiences with NGOs and partnership related activities
∎ Excellent communications and management skills.
∎ Ability to be a self-starter who is able motivates team members to achieve common goals.
∎ Ability to work with multiple deadlines and high demands
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Technical knowledge on public health and priority health issues
∎ Possess Advocacy skills and facilitation skills for mobilizing counterparts
∎ Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, use of email and Zoom meeting etc.
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition for achieving deliverables Must be willing to travel as and when necessary

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated Salary will be BDT 50,000 to 55,000 /negotiable
