Job Context:
∎ Saic Group contributes their effort in large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employment under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their study under Saic Group.
∎ The post holder will teach on a range of courses in subjects appertaining to their skills and experience. It is also expected that the post holder will teach on courses at all levels offered by the Institution and allied curriculum areas.
∎ Now We are looking for Professor/Associate Professor (Physiotherapy) of Saic College of Medical Science and Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the teachers of his/her department as well as junior teachers for their classes and to get used to the system of the institute.
∎ Conduct the class load distribution as per the institute policies.
∎ Supervise the teachers in preparing Syllabus, Lesson Plan and the Exam Routine.
∎ Support and assist in student admission process to ensure 100 % admission.
∎ Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval
∎ Make sure that Teachers take classes properly, regularly, and timely
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Assist to organize different Annual Program (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution
∎ Assist against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students
∎ Supervise the Teacher - Parents meeting and Result Day
∎ Initiate and monitor different Annual Program (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debate Competitions etc.)
∎ Completion of work syllabuses, etc. on a monthly basis
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of your departmental teacher in class / work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, absence in college, Syllabus completion, Lesson plan preparation, Class Tests, etc.
∎ Continuously engaged in academic developments, so that both the teachers and students get the best advantage from the institution.
∎ Assist to ensuring 100% clinical practice through extensive networking and communication.
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' relevant experience in taking classes
∎ Candidate must be good at communication and monitoring students
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination
∎ Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure
∎ IT Skills
