Job Context:
∎ Looking for experienced and passionate graphic designer. who is interested in working with our talented and creative eShikhon Team. (eShikhon is the largest online training portal in Bangladesh; PROVIDING ONLINE LIVE TRAINING ON FREELANCING COURSES, IT SKILL DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY).
∎ We need graphics design Expert who has practical experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Graphic Designer is responsible for the coordination and production of all images, design materials, pdfs needed for the organization's digital marketing team.
∎ The right candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining, educational, or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand's look and feels.
∎ Create, enhance & properly organize all branding elements, colors, fonts, etc. and ensure all aspects of the marketing deliverables & pipeline remain ON BRAND. This would include but is not limited to online, offline, website, blog posts, banners, FB Ads, FB Posts, & collateral marketing pieces, etc.
∎ Pre-determine dimension, file type, resolution, etc of all marketing channels for the efficiency of deployment as well as organize & file all branding elements.
∎ Have to well experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other designing software
∎ Should be honest, punctual, and hard-working with good manners to work in a sophisticated official team environment.
∎ Experience with 3D Animation, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus point
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Deeply passionate about Graphic Design
∎ Capable to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
∎ Color/sound correction, visual effects, insert photos, info-graphics, text, and optional effects, and develop final products.
∎ Professional experiences in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for expert candidate
Compensation & Other Benefits:
