Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Regularly create and publish engaging content including captions, posters, reels, short videos, and promotional posts.

• Follow the instructions and guidance of the Team Leader and execute digital marketing campaigns accordingly.

• Assist in executing marketing strategies and promotional plans developed by the management and team leader.

• Create AI-generated images, promotional creatives, reels, and videos using modern AI tools and platforms.

• Monitor social media page performance, audience engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness regularly.

• Analyze competitors’ activities, marketing strategies, content trends, and social media performance.

• Suggest new marketing ideas, campaign concepts, promotional plans, and growth strategies for brand development.

• Research social media trends, viral content ideas, audience behavior, and digital marketing updates.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and team members for content production and campaign execution.

• Assist in Facebook boosting and basic ad campaign management.

• Prepare monthly content plans and posting schedules.

• Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries professionally when required.

• Assist in photo/video capturing and content shooting when necessary.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Support SEO, website updates, and other online marketing activities when needed.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve online presence, audience engagement, and lead generation.
