✅ Generate fresh and creative content ideas

✅   Must be proficient in both Bengali and English typing.

✅ Understand what type of content works for social media

✅ Write both short-form and long-form content

✅ Write engaging video scripts

✅ Suggest creative concepts for images and videos

✅ Understand audience psychology and engagement

✅ Present property information in an attractive and easy-to-understand way

✅ Create different types of content without making everything repetitive

✅ Take ownership of the content planning and execution process 

* Writing engaging and professional Facebook & Instagram content

* Writing property descriptions, promotional posts and campaign content

* Developing creative ideas for images, banners, carousels and other visual content

* Writing engaging video/Reel scripts for property-related content

* Developing concepts and storylines for videos

* Suggesting what type of visuals, graphics or creative direction should be used for a particular content

* Creating educational and informative real-estate content

* Researching property markets, locations and customer interests to generate relevant content ideas

* Turning raw information from the Sales/Customer Care team into professional content

* Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms

* Proofreading and improving existing content when required

* Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams
