Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
Provide specimen copy to colleges and teachers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop long-term relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and government agencies.
Identify new sales opportunities with bookstores, educational institutions, and libraries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers and existing client.
Promote and sell the company’s publications in the assigned area.
Market Research & Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Gather feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Distribution & Retail Management
Ensure effective distribution and availability of books across retail outlets.
Coordinate with libraries and our sales center to manage inventory levels and order fulfillments.
Promotions & Marketing Support
Plan and execute promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for the implementation of campaigns and promotional materials.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales update and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the editorial, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order processing and campaign execution.
Provide insights and feedback to support product development and new publication planning.
