MBA or Master`s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 1-3 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and payroll processing. Prior experience within a large manufacturing conglomerate, preferably in Bangladesh, is highly desirable. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and strong analytical skills for data management and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for the IT Infrastructure and Operations department, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in developing, implementing, and evaluating effective recruitment strategies and initiatives. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for designated employee groups, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS for all payroll and talent acquisition-related information. Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR operational matters promptly and professionally. Prepare and analyze various HR reports, focusing on talent acquisition metrics and payroll analytics, to support informed decision-making.
