1. AI & Business Automation

• Analyze our existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Design, build, test and maintain end-to-end automation workflows.

• Develop automation using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.

• Build AI-powered workflows using ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and other LLMs.

• Develop AI Agents and AI Assistants for different departments and business functions.

• Integrate APIs, webhooks, databases and third-party applications.

• Automate repetitive business processes including:

  • Lead collection and qualification

  • CRM updates and follow-up

  • Facebook/Messenger/WhatsApp workflows

  • Customer support

  • Sales follow-up

  • Email automation

  • Reporting

  • Data collection and processing

  • Content generation and publishing

  • Internal office operations

• Connect AI and automation with existing CRM, ERP, websites and internal software.

• Research new AI tools and recommend practical applications for the company.

2. AI Video & Content Creation

• Create professional AI-generated videos for our businesses.

• Produce promotional videos, educational videos, social-media content, advertisements and explainers.

• Generate AI voiceovers, avatars, images, animations and other visual assets.

• Convert scripts, articles, presentations and ideas into engaging videos.

• Use modern AI video and creative tools such as Google Veo, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva AI or similar platforms.

• Create short-form content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

• Experiment with new AI content-generation technologies to improve production speed and quality.

3. Digital Products & Tutorials

• Create high-quality digital products, tutorials and training materials.

• Record screen-based software and AI tutorials.

• Create step-by-step tutorials explaining AI tools, automation workflows and digital products.

• Develop presentation slides, scripts, voiceovers and supporting materials.

• Convert knowledge and business processes into structured digital courses/products.

• Create product demonstration and onboarding videos.

• Use AI to accelerate research, scripting, editing and course production.

4. AI Research & Implementation

• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and tools.

• Test new AI applications and determine whether they can benefit our businesses.

• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts before full implementation.

• Document automation workflows and systems.

• Train team members to use newly implemented AI systems.

• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation.

• Work with our software developers whenever custom coding, database or API integration is required.
