Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram & other platforms
Create Reels, short videos, photos & promotional content Support branding and promotional activities
Develop fresh ideas for marketing campaigns
Communicate with customers and handle inquiries professionally
Respond to messages, comments and customer requests
Increase customer engagement and brand awareness
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Strong creativity and content creation ability
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & social media platforms
Basic understanding of digital marketing & branding
Strong sense of trend, presentation & storytelling
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and under pressure
