Falgun Garmenting is Hiring: Production Planner
Location: Chittagong, Bangladesh Job Type: Full-time
Falgun Garmenting is looking for a Production Planner to build and manage production plans that keep orders on schedule, lines fully utilized, and shipments on time.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production plans aligned with buyer delivery dates
Allocate orders to lines/floors based on capacity, style complexity, and manpower availability
Track material readiness (fabric, trims, accessories) and flag shortages early
Monitor actual vs. planned output and update plans to recover delays
Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing, finishing, and store departments
Report capacity utilization, order status, and delivery risks to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Textile/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred)
3–6 years of experience in production planning in the RMG sector
Strong understanding of capacity planning, line balancing, and TNA calendars
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/planning software
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
