Master’s in MBA (Operations/Industrial Management) preferred.

Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing (as applicable) preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and oversee production to ensure smooth, timely, and quality output.
Follow SOPs/cGMP, review and approve processes, and ensure QC/QA checks.
Coordinate with QA/QC, minimise deviations, and review new formulations.
Supervise teams, allocate workforce, monitor performance, and train staff.
Maintain machines and premises, arrange repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
Ensure cost-effective production and efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Coordinate departments and prepare accurate production reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
