• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering or a related field.

• Master’s degree (preferred) in:MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Industrial Management)

• M.Sc in Engineering / Production & Operations

• 7 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing (as applicable) preferred.

1. Provide overall leadership, set strategic direction, and ensure smooth, efficient plant operations.

2. Supervise all plant departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory standards.

3. Optimise production, resources, assets, and costs while maintaining quality, achieving targets, and timely delivery.

4. Plan and oversee cGMP training, technical meetings, and develop a motivated workforce through recruitment, training, and performance management.

5. Work with QA and Product Development to ensure quality products, support new product launches, and align operations with organisational objectives.

6. Monitor plant performance, identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and lead process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost-saving initiatives.

7. Ensure optimal use of machinery, manpower, materials, and other resources for maximum productivity.

8. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, regulatory, statutory, and quality standards across all plant operations.
