Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in any subject (preferably in Marketing) from a reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our Product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for self-motivated individuals who have academic backgrounds in Marketing, and possess a keen interest in developing career in core marketing.
∎ Product: Tractor
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate ideas and prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies for assigned products.
∎ Prepare and distribute promotional materials; analyze ROI of promotional programs.
∎ Support in preparation of long and short-term marketing plans and sales forecast on the assigned product.
∎ Visit field and sales territories to assess current business situations and submit visit reports.
∎ Monitor and analyze competitors marketing strategies and develop own strategies.
∎ Organize product demonstrations, customer meets, and other marketing campaigns teaming up with the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Interest to work in the Tractor/Agri-machinery industry.
∎ Strong theoretical knowledge of Marketing
∎ Excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with a positive mindset.
∎ High social skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
