Major Duties and responsibilities:
Undertake all activities regarding new product launching
Craft strategy and develop marketing plan for products
Formulate annual budget for assigned products
Develop promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for establishing new products
Visit the doctors, chemists, feed sellers, institutions & farms
Participate in training program of field colleagues
