Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering or BBA (Marketing) background with a minimum 1 year of significant working experience and proven record in Power Transmission, Bearing, Automotive Spare Parts or a related technical industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly visit end user customers and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales figures.
∎ Accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market developments.
∎ Possess drive, motivation and attention to details ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
∎ Gathering market information on customer’s activities, projects and sales forecasts.
∎ Assist customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to work independently, self-driven and with positive attitude.
∎ Good at English and fluent in local language, both written and spoken.
∎ Computer literacy

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonus
∎ Sales commission based on performance & target
