∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
∎ Pleasant and customer-oriented individual
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Ability to provide excellent customer service
