Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Diploma in Pharmacy from any reputed institution;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Candidates having excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate end-to-end arrangements for RTDs, CMEs, and scientific seminars, including scheduling, approvals, vendor communication and PR processing;
Prepare and share program budgets, collect bills and ensure timely expense adjustments;
Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth settlement of all program-related costs;
Assist in printing examination papers from SMC and prepare exam bunches as required;
Review monthly exam sheets, ensure accuracy and maintain proper documentation and records;
Support packaging development activities;
Maintain regular communication with factory teams to address and rectify packaging-related issues.
