Responsibilities & Context: Requirements Experience 5 to 10 years Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry Additional Requirements Age: 20 to 36 years Only male candidates are allowed to apply Must have at least 5–10 years of experience as a Shift Head in a flexible printing and packaging factory Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates Must have prior experience in maintaining production material records and submitting accurate written reports to higher management Responsibilities & Context Complete Job Description Produce products according to job specifications by setting up, operating, adjusting, and controlling Rotomac/Long New printing machines Prepare requisitions for all printing-related raw materials and train helpers accordingly Check the quality of produced goods as per the instructions of the Quality Department Duties & Responsibilities Prepare the correct product requisition according to the job schedule, set up the Rotomac/Long New machine, install cylinders, clean the machine properly, and run the job efficiently Pull proof copies and ensure 100% color matching with shade cards or chromalin before running the Rotomac/Long New machine Maintain 100% registration accuracy of produced products Resolve stoppage and breakdown issues to minimize downtime Properly clean the Rotomac/Long New machine after operations and return remaining materials such as ink, film, and chemicals correctly to the Store Department Run new jobs with the support of the Quality Department and prepare shade cards accordingly Identify preventive maintenance requirements and report them to higher management Must be physically and mentally capable of working 12-hour day and night shifts Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Department Skills & Expertise Printing Press & Printing Maintenance Printing and Packaging Compensation & Other Benefits Provident Fund Lunch Facilities: Fully Subsidized Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Other benefits as per company policy Gender Only male candidates are allowed to apply.
