Experience:
MBBS with postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
BMDC and university regulatory compliance is mandatory.
At least 18 years of professional experience, including minimum 2 years as Principal, Vice Principal, or Professor in a medical college/health institute.
Strong knowledge of medical education principles, curriculum design, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
Proven track record in academic leadership, research publications, and grant funding.
Visionary leadership with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Saic Group, a leading private sector education group in Bangladesh, operates several renowned medical and engineering institutions nationwide. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Principal for Saic College of Medical Science and Technology (SCMST), Dhaka.
The Principal will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, academic excellence, faculty management, and administrative oversight to ensure SCMST maintains the highest standards in medical education and healthcare training.
Job Responsibilities
Provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for the institution.
Guide and supervise faculty to ensure high-quality teaching, curriculum delivery, and student outcomes.
Oversee course planning, class distribution, examinations, and admissions.
Monitor teacher performance, discipline, lesson planning, and academic progress.
Ensure compliance with BMDC, UGC, and university regulations.
Supervise maintenance of institutional registers, records, and reports.
Build strong engagement with students, guardians, and stakeholders.
Uphold institutional discipline, ethics, and reputation.
Organize academic and extracurricular programs (science fairs, cultural activities, debates, etc.).
Foster a culture of research, diversity, equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Perform any other assignments dispensed by the Management.
