Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and administrative staff.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
Oversee curriculum implementation, academic planning, and quality assurance.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and school standards.
Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively.
Drive initiatives for school development, growth, and community engagement.
