∎ Friendly and welcoming personality.
∎ Able to manage a classroom of students.
∎ Ability to adapt teaching to all age levels and abilities.
∎ Background in Music / Dance & or Dance Education.
∎ Great work ethic including: self-motivation, integrity, and passion for teaching.
∎ Organizational & time-management skills.
∎ Professional qualification from any reputed music and/or dance institute from Bangladesh. Please apply with proper CV and certificates.
∎ Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing lesson plans for weekly assigned classes.
∎ Teaching weekly assigned classes.
∎ Attend staff meetings
∎ Attend Parent - Teacher Meetings
∎ Coordinate rehearsals and dance / music routines for all events held in school.
∎ Show extreme level of patience and have very good communication skills in English with young students.
∎ Music and Dance teachers are responsible for teaching assigned weekly classes, choreographing recital routines, and following a standardised curriculum.
∎ Music and Dance teachers should maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere between all students, parents and staff members. He or she should ensure that his or her responsibilities support HURDCO’s overall goal of maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all students and families.
