• BRAC University,East West University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,Notre Dame University Bangladesh students will get preference

• Experience in IT solutions, system integration, or enterprise

• products Knowledge of brands like kaspersky, Backup software , Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, etc. Certification (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) is a plus

Skills Required: Artificial intelligence (AI),Communication and interpersonal skill,ERP: SAP S4 HANA. Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux. Lang,FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE,Internet browsing & online work ability.,Problem solving and decision making,Proficient in Typing,Server Management

Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements

2. Provide technical presentations, product demos, and solution explanations

3. Design and propose customized IT / technology solutions

4. Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and documentation

5. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation)

6. Conduct site surveys and technical assessments when required

7. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal technical teams

8. Ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and budget

9. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support when needed
