Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase order and commission Calculation.
∎ Check delivery check list for every order.
∎ Maintain and follow up payment status.
∎ Follow up factory for on time delivery
∎ Maintain and follow up Shipping details
∎ Prepare defective reports
∎ Maintain Navision software (For billing & DO)
∎ Prepare monthly delivery report
∎ Documentation
∎ Prepare service schedule & communicate with customer over email & phone.
∎ Maintain customer information data base.
∎ Maintain Esco BD inventory
∎ Maintain machinery installation information database.
∎ Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions over phone as immediate support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill over phone and email
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Positive attitude and incredible work ethics.
∎ Team player and can work independently.
∎ Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation both internally and with external clients.
∎ Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
Salary: Negotiable
