Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in business, economics, management, human resource development or a closely related field; Masters will be preferred.

∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and direct the organizational strategy to be the leading training, consulting and advisory service provider in RMG and other industries within and outside Bangladesh.
∎ Develop, inspire and lead the team to engage with buyers, industries and development organizations to research and understand their priority areas for industrial productivity and worker wellbeing.
∎ Undertake all managerial functions, which include hiring and managing technical consultants, trainers, productivity improvement experts, worker wellbeing experts, report writing and presentation as per international standards.
∎ Work as a module developer and trainer in the areas demanded by clients - industries (RMG and others), buyers, development organizations as part of the team.
∎ Develop and offer independent training for the market/industries on the issues related to industrial productivity and worker wellbeing, identify the target group(s) for those trainings and actively market and manage those training programs.
∎ Be the financial administrator for the ongoing projects.
∎ Be the organization's spokesperson in the industrial productivity and worker wellbeing area and participate in seminars, webinars to promote the organization.
∎ Maintain close relationships with existing clients and build network of potential national and international clients to develop a pipeline of opportunities.
∎ Develop new research, consultancy opportunities and training areas and market those to prospective clients.
∎ Build team and guide the team toward achieving portfolio goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience with progressive responsibilities in industries and/or management consulting field related to industrial productivity and workers wellbeing.
∎ Previous experience of module development and working as a trainer in related fields.
∎ Clear idea of the practical situation in the RMG and other industrial sectors.
∎ Established and strong network with different clients in RMG and other industries, associations, buyers and development organizations and projects in Bangladesh.
∎ High-level proficiency in both Bangla and English language (spoken and written).
∎ Able to work with minimum supervision, independently, and with the team.
